California Turkey Burger

| 1 1/4 lb. | ground turkey |
| 3/4 cup | sliced California Ripe Olives |
| 2 tsp. | chopped thyme |
| 2 tsp. | chopped garlic |
| 2 tsp. | Worcestershire sauce |
| 4 (3oz.) | whole grain hamburger buns |
| 2 oz. | crumbled goat cheese |
Combine ground turkey, 1/2 cup California Ripe Olives, thyme, garlic and Worcestershire sauce in a large mixing bowl.
Form into 4 patties and grill over medium high heat for 4 minutes on each side until cooked through. Top with goat cheese and continue cooking for 1 more minute. While burgers are cooking, slice buns in half and place on grill until lightly toasted, then transfer to serving plates.
Place one cooked burger on the bottom half of each bun. Top with remaining California Ripe Olives and bun. Serves 4.
Serving Suggestion: Garnish with baby lettuce, red onions and Dijon mustard.
