Obviously, from the dozens of fantastic entries to our recent "Been there, didn't have to do that" Contest, you know exactly what we're talking about! From pastas to appetizers to after school snacks, choosing a winner wasn't half as simple as preparing these dishes. Finally, we tasted Vicki Frye's Simply Delicious Hamburger Pie and knew we had to share it with the rest of you. It's as simple as stirring together a few basic ingredients that we all know and love: ground beef, leftover or frozen veggies, creamy soup and California Ripe Olives. Poured into a crust and baked for 30 minutes, familiar has never tasted so fantastic! Try it yourself and you'll see, the hardest part of this recipe is believing that it really isn't too good to be true.
